Caffa Mill: Planning for the Future
Following recent discussions at the Port User Group, Fowey Harbour Commissioners are pleased to host a public session focused on the future use of the newly renovated Caffa Mill facility.
The session will take place at 10am on Friday 13th June in the Harbour Office (Albert Quay) and will offer an opportunity to hear about FHC’s vision for the site, followed by an open forum to gather ideas and feedback from the community. This event is open to all, but we kindly ask that you RSVP to Fowey Harbour (please see below).
The session is being hosted by FHC, with input from the Port User Group, to explore ideas for the future use of the waterfront space at Caffa Mill. It will begin with a short update from FHC outlining the background and aims of the devolution and renovation, followed by an open discussion. It’s an informal, information-gathering session, and everyone will have the opportunity to contribute. Essentially, we want to build a picture of what people would like to see happen here going forward – and we want to make sure that good ideas don’t get missed!
Due to the nature of the open discussion, there won’t be a virtual option on this occasion. Anyone unable to attend is welcome to send a representative or pass on comments to FHC or their PUG representative, and we’ll make sure they’re shared during the session.
To confirm your attendance or for further information, please contact Hannah Smith at Fowey Harbour.
