Mariner Notices

Hazard to landing Brawn Point

Mariners are reminded that the remains of WWII Grid Irons are present on the shore close East of Brawn Point in Pont Pill.

These structures present a potential hazard, particularly to the landing of small boats, especially inflatables and therefore landing in this area should be avoided.

Cairn Beach remains open to public use, landing on the eastern side is recommended.
